One Engineering Partner for Custom Aluminium
Aluminium is light, strong and endlessly workable — if the right process is chosen. P&A International engineers and coordinates the full range of aluminium work — extrusion, die casting, fabrication, heatsinks and finishing — across a vetted China-based partner network, so one engineer owns the whole part from design to delivery.
As an engineering-led contract manufacturer founded as an engineering consultancy, we assign one dedicated engineer who specifies the alloy and process, provides free off-tool samples, and scales into volume through our partner network — every supplier ISO 9000 certified or better.

Why one aluminium partner
- One dedicated engineer owns extrusion, casting, fabrication and thermal projects end to end
- Alloy and process selection — 6063/6061/6005/6082 and cast alloys
- Anodising (clear/colour/hard), powder coat, paint and bright dip
- Post-process CNC machining to critical tolerances
- Free off-tool samples with quality-assessment reports before any volume order
- Assembly, kitting and private-label programs
- A single point of contact across every aluminium process
- Every supplier in our network is ISO 9000 certified or better

Why engineers & buyers choose PA
For design engineers
A true engineering partner — one dedicated engineer selects the alloy and process across extrusion, casting, fabrication and thermal, so a multi-process aluminium part has a single technical owner instead of a chain of vendors.
For purchasing
Low-risk scalability — free off-tool samples before mass production, one point of contact across all aluminium processes, target-cost DFM, and a vetted ISO 9000+ partner network managed end-to-end by P&A.
3 easy steps to get started
Tell us the part
Share the part, the processes it needs and the volume. One dedicated engineer recommends the alloy and route.
Proposed approach & quote
You receive a proposed approach and indicative pricing — typically within 48 hours.
Samples & production
Free off-tool samples, then volume produced, finished, assembled and shipped through our partner network.
Applications
LED lighting · electronics & enclosures · automotive & e-mobility · industrial equipment · energy & storage · architectural · thermal management.

Choosing the right aluminium process
A few early decisions point to the right process — or tell us the part and we will choose:
| Profile-based | Constant cross-section → extrusion; add machining and anodising for a finished part. |
| Net-shape | Complex 3D shape at volume → die casting; larger/thicker or low volume → gravity or sand casting. |
| Fabricated | Sheet, plate and welded structures → fabrication, to roughly 55 mm plate. |
| Thermal | Cooling → extruded, bonded or skived heatsinks, with heat pipes for high heat flux. |
| Finish | Anodise needs anodise-grade alloy; flag cosmetic faces early. |
What to send us for a fast, accurate quote
The more of this you can share, the quicker we can return a proposed design and price:
- What the part is and its application
- Which processes it may need
- A model, drawing or sample
- Alloy preference if known (we can specify)
- Annual volume and target cost
- Finishing and assembly needs
Not sure which process? Describe the part and one engineer will choose the most efficient aluminium route.
