Custom Metal Stamping & Forming, Spec to Volume
Stamping turns one tool into thousands of identical pressed parts — from miniature contacts to large panels. P&A International engineers a comprehensive range of standard and complex pressed shapes, with post-machining, plating and painting, and supplies a complete part, assembly or private-label product.
As an engineering-led contract manufacturer founded as an engineering consultancy, we assign one dedicated engineer from press-tool design to free off-tool samples, then scale into volume through our vetted partner-factory network, where every supplier is ISO 9000 certified or better.

What we deliver

Precision stampings
Single-stage and compound-die stampings in steel, stainless, aluminium, copper and brass — miniature to large parts.

Progressive-die parts
High-volume, multi-feature parts produced in one press stroke from a progressive tool for the best piece price.

Sheet-metal forming
Bending, drawing, embossing and deep-draw forming for enclosures, shells, panels and brackets.

Machining & finishing
Post-press machining, tapping and deburring, plus plating, powder coat, painting and assembly.
Engineering capability

Why engineers & buyers choose PA
For design engineers
A true design partner — one dedicated engineer, press-tool strategy, bend-radius and material-temper review, and forming designed for manufacturability. We take on challenging pressed geometries and characterise the part before volume.
For purchasing
Low-risk scalability — free off-tool samples before mass production, tooling matched to your volume, target-cost DFM, a single point of contact, and a vetted ISO 9000+ partner network managed end-to-end by P&A.
3 easy steps to get started
Send us your part
Share a flat-pattern or 3D drawing, material and volume — or a sample. One dedicated engineer recommends the tooling approach.
Proposed tooling & quote
You receive a proposed tooling and stamping strategy with indicative pricing — typically within 48 hours.
Samples & production
Free off-tool samples with quality-assessment reports. On approval, your parts are stamped, finished, inspected and shipped through our partner network.
Applications
Electrical contacts & connectors · brackets & clips · enclosures & panels · automotive · appliances · electronics · hardware.

Designing a better stamping
A few early decisions shape every stamped part — sharing this detail lets us quote and prototype faster:
| Tooling | High volume justifies a progressive die; low volume favours single-stage or compound tooling. |
| Bend radii | Keep radii at or above material thickness; tight radii risk cracking in harder tempers. |
| Material temper | Soft tempers for deep draws and forming; harder tempers for flat spring parts. |
| Tolerances | Hold tight tolerances on a few critical features; open the rest to control tooling cost. |
| Finish | Specify cosmetic faces and plating early so material and tooling suit them. |
What to send us for a fast, accurate quote
The more of this you can share, the quicker we can return a proposed design and price:
- A flat-pattern or 3D drawing, DXF/STEP, or a sample
- Material and thickness
- Key formed features (bends, draws, embosses)
- Annual volume (drives the tooling type)
- Finish and any secondary operations
- Target cost and call-off pattern
Working from a sample or an existing tool is fine — our engineer will recommend the best tooling and forming route.
