Metal Fabrication, Stamping & Machining

Custom metal parts produced through P&A International partner factories

One Engineering Partner for Custom Metalwork

From a pressed contact to a welded steel structure, the right metal process controls cost, strength and lead time. P&A International engineers and coordinates fabrication, stamping, CNC and general machining and finishing in steel, stainless and other metals across a vetted China-based partner network.

As an engineering-led contract manufacturer founded as an engineering consultancy, we assign one dedicated engineer who specifies the material and process, provides free off-tool samples, and scales into volume through our partner network — every supplier ISO 9000 certified or better.

Why one metal partner

  • One dedicated engineer owns fabrication, stamping and machining projects end to end
  • Material selection — carbon steel, Austenitic/Duplex/Super Duplex stainless and more
  • Cutting, welding, pressing, machining and grinding under one coordination
  • Finishing — galvanising, powder coat, paint, passivation, electropolish
  • Free off-tool samples with quality-assessment reports before any volume order
  • Assembly, kitting and private-label programs
  • A single point of contact across every metal process
  • Every supplier in our network is ISO 9000 certified or better

Why engineers & buyers choose PA

For design engineers

A true engineering partner — one dedicated engineer selects material and process across fabrication, stamping and machining, so a multi-process metal part has a single technical owner instead of a chain of vendors.

For purchasing

Low-risk scalability — free off-tool samples before mass production, one point of contact across all metal processes, target-cost DFM, and a vetted ISO 9000+ partner network managed end-to-end by P&A.

3 easy steps to get started

1

Tell us the part

Share the part, the processes it needs and the volume. One dedicated engineer recommends the material and route.

2

Proposed approach & quote

You receive a proposed approach and indicative pricing — typically within 48 hours.

3

Samples & production

Free off-tool samples, then volume produced, finished, assembled and shipped through our partner network.

Applications

Structures & frames · enclosures & chassis · electronics & contacts · automotive · food & marine · industrial equipment · energy.

Choosing the right metal process

A few early decisions point to the right process — or tell us the part and we will choose:

Fabricated Sheet, plate and welded structures → fabrication, steel/stainless to ~45 mm plate.
Pressed High-volume thin-gauge parts → stamping; progressive die for multi-feature parts.
Machined Tight tolerances or complex geometry → CNC; everyday parts → general machining.
Material Carbon steel for cost/strength; stainless for corrosion; match grade to the duty.
Finish Galvanise/paint for steel; passivate/electropolish for stainless cosmetic or hygiene faces.

What to send us for a fast, accurate quote

The more of this you can share, the quicker we can return a proposed design and price:

  • What the part is and its application
  • Which processes it may need
  • A model, drawing or sample
  • Material grade if known (we can specify)
  • Annual volume and target cost
  • Finishing and assembly needs

Not sure which process? Describe the part and one engineer will choose the most efficient metal route.

    Frequently asked questions

What metal processes do you offer?
Steel and stainless fabrication, metal stamping, precision CNC machining and general machining, plus finishing — coordinated by one engineer through our partner network.
Can one project use several processes?
Yes — a single dedicated engineer sequences fabrication, stamping, machining and finishing so a multi-process metal part has no hand-off gaps.
    Can you specify the material?
Yes — selecting a suitable grade (carbon steel, stainless or other) for your loads, corrosion environment and finish is part of what our engineer does.
    What finishes are available?
Galvanising, powder coat, painting, passivation and electropolish, plus mechanical finishes, matched to the material and requirement.
What quality standards do you support?
Every supplier in our network is ISO 9000 certified or better. Free off-tool samples ship with quality-assessment reports and RoHS/REACH documentation as specified.
